How To Enter Username And Password, or License Key to activate ESET Smart 

Security/ESET NOD32 Antivirus

After installing ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus 9, you will automatically be prompted to enter your License Key to activate your product. If you skipped this step, or your product is still not activated, follow the steps
below 

1-Open ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus

2-Click Help and support → Change License. 

3-Type, or copy/paste, your ESET-issued License Key into the License Key field and then click Activate.

4- Click Done.

For ESET NOD32 V8

Do previous steps 1 & 2 

3- Press CTRL+U

Then ENTER  The UserName And Password 

5- Click Update → Update now (make sure you are connected to the Internet).

If you were successful, your ESET product will automatically begin downloading the latest virus signature database update. When the update is complete, a "Virus signature database successfully updated to version" notification will appear.
